About The Position
Arch Vista is a comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment facility offering 24/7 medical detox, addiction recovery, inpatient psychiatric care, PHP and IOP. We serve adults across Missouri with compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a modern, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LMSW / PLPC).
- 1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.
- Strong group therapy and crisis intervention skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies on an outpatient basis, including group, individual, and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric conditions.
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation for the outpatient services.
- Provide direct social work services to patients and their families as a part of the multidisciplinary team with most emphases on completing Psychosocial Assessments, facilitating psycho-educational training, family meetings, assisting in program development, and developing, implementing, and reviewing Treatment Plans.
- Accept direction from the Program Director.
- May be asked to run a group on the inpatient unit, if needed.
- Maintains knowledge of confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and clinical standards.
