About The Position

The PHP / IOP Therapist is responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the adolescent and adult Outpatient programs including, but not limited to: administrative functions, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, group/individual therapy, case management, and other duties related to delivering successful programs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility
  • Direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • State certified in social work or clinical related mental health field
  • LPC-A, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW license required
  • CPR certification
  • Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field, preferred
