Clinical Therapist or Therapist

Mind LodgePlainfield, IL
Hybrid

About The Position

At Mind Lodge, we believe no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone. We are a warm, client-centered practice dedicated to fostering meaningful healing in a welcoming space where individuals are encouraged to grow, connect, and strengthen their sense of self. Our clinicians are supported by an experienced operations coordinator who manages billing, credentialing, scheduling, marketing, and other administrative tasks—allowing you to stay focused on clinical work and client care. To meet the growing demand in our community, we expanded our space in April 2026, adding an additional 1,400 square feet. Our office is thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and fully ready for clinicians to step in and begin building their caseload in an environment that feels both professional and inviting. With this growth, we plan to continue hiring one clinician every couple of months, intentionally building a strong, connected team.
