About The Position
Bethanna is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting youth and utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Clinical practicum and internship experience with children and adolescents
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing clinical services to children and adolescents
- Experience with Evidence-Based Practices (PCIT, TF-CBT, ESFT, etc.)
- Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy services
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and update treatment goals
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
