At Shift Collab, we're a women-led, award-winning collective of over 100 Social Workers and Psychotherapists reshaping virtual mental health care across Canada. We're growing fast, and we're looking for therapists who want to be part of building something real. This is a contractor role. You'll need to show up ready to engage. We invest heavily in growing your caseload through marketing, client matching, and a strong referral engine. We need a partner who shows up consistently, runs excellent Meet and Greet sessions, converts those into long-term clients, and builds trust. We handle the heavy lifting on visibility and ops, including billing, scheduling, client intake admin, tech, EMR, and back-office support, plus marketing initiatives that spotlight your specialties. Your time goes to clinical work and client relationships.

Requirements

• Master's in Social Work or Counselling Psychology.
• Registered as an MSW RSW or RP.
• 5+ years of post-licensure experience.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Reliable internet and a secure, private workspace.
• Strong virtual therapy skills and comfort with telehealth platforms.
• Specialized experience (e.g., trauma, perinatal, mood disorders, ADHD, gender-affirming care, relationships) and certification in evidence-based modalities.
• A genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to working with a diverse client base.
• Professional references.
• Vulnerable Sector Check required for all successful candidates.
