About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Therapist-Master Level at Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. We are located just 15 Minutes away from both the Daytona Speedway and the famous Daytona Beach. Daytona offers a lot to do. Come join our team as we provide Residential Trauma Informed Care for youth with Sexual behavioral issues. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. As a Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.

Requirements

• Be a registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, or registered Clinical Social Work Intern
• Have a master’s degree or better. Marriage & Family/Social Work.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan.
