THERAPIST (LICENSED)
About The Position
HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is hiring a Colorado-licensed therapist to join our national telehealth behavioral health network. This is a fully remote, full-time W-2 role where clinicians provide therapy services while HLN manages scheduling, administrative support, and technology. Therapists provide remote behavioral health care supporting multiple facilities within the UHS network. Clinicians may work with both inpatient and outpatient populations while collaborating with facility care teams. All therapy sessions and services are delivered through HLN’s secure telehealth platform.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMHC)
- Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy
- Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Active Arkansas clinical license required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMHC)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Private HIPAA-compliant workspace
Nice To Haves
- If you do not currently hold an Colorado license, HealthLinkNow will cover the cost of obtaining the Colorado license upon hire with a will employed with HealthLinkNow.
