About The Position

Ascend Medical is seeking compassionate, mission-driven therapists to join their growing Behavioral Health Division across Metro Atlanta. They are building an integrated model where therapists are empowered to focus on meaningful patient relationships, clinical excellence, and long-term healing, believing behavioral health is integral to overall healthcare. The role offers support to reduce administrative burdens, such as scheduling, insurance paperwork, and marketing, allowing clinicians to focus more on patient care. Ascend provides operational infrastructure, internal referrals, marketing support, and access to integrated care teams. Clinicians maintain clinical autonomy, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities to develop specialty niches. The integrated model includes Primary Care, Psychiatry, Therapy, Care Coordination, Senior Care, and Wellness-focused services, aiming to elevate mind, body, and soul. They are intentionally building a diverse team and welcome clinicians at various career stages and specialties.

Requirements

  • Active Georgia license (or license eligibility) in one of the following: LPC / APC, LCSW / LMSW, LMFT / AMFT, Psychologist, or other relevant behavioral health licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on meaningful patient relationships, clinical excellence, and long-term healing.
