About The Position
Ascend Medical is building an integrated model of whole-person care where therapists are empowered to focus on meaningful patient relationships, clinical excellence, and long-term healing. They are seeking compassionate, mission-driven therapists to join their growing Behavioral Health Division across Metro Atlanta. The role offers support for administrative burdens such as scheduling, insurance paperwork, and marketing, allowing clinicians to focus more on patient care. Ascend provides internal referrals, community partnership opportunities, marketing support, and access to integrated care teams. Clinicians maintain clinical independence, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities to develop specialty niches. The integrated model brings together Primary Care, Psychiatry, Therapy, Care Coordination, Senior Care, and Wellness-focused services to provide comprehensive patient care. Ascend is intentionally building a diverse behavioral health team and welcomes clinicians across various backgrounds, specialties, and career stages, including full-time, part-time, hybrid, virtual, established, and associate-level clinicians.
Requirements
- Active Georgia license (or license eligibility) in one of the following: LPC / APC, LCSW / LMSW, LMFT / AMFT, Psychologist, or other relevant behavioral health licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care
