About The Position

Join Our Team as a Clinical Therapist! Are you a compassionate clinician dedicated to helping children and adolescents find their voice after trauma? We are seeking a Therapist I to join our team in providing high-impact, client-centered therapeutic services. In this role, you will be a guiding force for youth who have experienced abuse, neglect, or adverse childhood experiences. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help foster emotional well-being and long-term healing for our most vulnerable community members.

Requirements

Master’s Degree (M.A.) or equivalent in Social Sciences (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field).
Associate Therapist: LMSW, LAC, or LAMFT
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and their families.
Bilingual Required: English and Spanish fluency.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and child development.

Nice To Haves

Training or certification in specific modalities like TF-CBT, PCIT, or EMDR is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
Work within a multidisciplinary framework, collaborating closely with families, schools, and child welfare agencies to ensure a comprehensive "whole-child" approach to care.
Deliver therapy using trauma-informed modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, or Play Therapy.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain a caseload of 22–25 clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Educate caregivers and families on the impact of trauma on child development and behavior.
Provide safety planning and crisis support as needed.
Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and multidisciplinary consultations.
