This is a part-time, hourly position for a Therapist with a dependent license. The role involves providing a full range of behavioral health treatment services, including diagnostic assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other treatment and prevention services. The therapist will work under the supervision of an assigned Program Coordinator and must adhere to department guidelines and regulations set forth by Medicaid/Medicare, Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), OhioMHAS, and CARF. A strong commitment to quality care, patient safety, and recovery is essential. The position also requires accurate and timely clinical documentation, effective use of EMR and video-conferencing software, and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR laws. The therapist will contribute to patient, referral source, and employee satisfaction, and actively participate in team collaboration and quality initiatives.
