About The Position

Make a meaningful difference when it matters most! Are you a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate acute mental health crises? We are seeking a Crisis Therapist to provide immediate, compassionate, and effective clinical care to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. This role is ideal for clinicians who value teamwork, trauma-informed practice, and recovery-oriented care. As a Crisis Therapist, you will deliver direct clinical services focused on stabilization, safety, and short-term recovery. You will complete intake assessments, provide brief therapeutic interventions, develop crisis care plans, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. To support a safe and healthy environment for the individuals we serve and for one another, all employees of Radiant Health are required to comply with organizational health and infection prevention requirements as a condition of employment. This includes providing documentation of immunization status, completing required health screenings, and adhering to communicable disease prevention protocols applicable to the role and work environment. Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Current license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health Board.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or related field (preferably in a stabilization unit or inpatient psychiatric setting).

  • Experience with co-occurring disorders.
