About The Position

We are a growing multidisciplinary practice providing comprehensive mental health and wellness services to children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently seeking therapists, counselors, social workers, and associate-level clinicians who are passionate about helping clients create meaningful change in their lives. We are especially interested in clinicians who want to be part of a collaborative practice and have an interest in women’s mental health, children and adolescents, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, substance use/recovery, couples, or family therapy.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Must be licensed in Connecticut or hold an eligible Connecticut associate-level credential.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and clinical presentations.
  • Ability to appropriately assess and manage emergency and high-risk situations.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in women’s mental health and wellness is a plus.
  • Experience with children, adolescents, families, trauma, OCD, ADHD, or substance use is also highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy based on the clinician's experience and interests.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other appropriate modalities.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when clinically indicated.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PAs, therapists, and outside providers to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards of care.
  • Participate in a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
