This position works a third (3rd) shift schedule. The Therapist (Associate) performs clinical services, including intakes and therapeutic interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention. They maintain and complete service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, case notes, case reviews, court reports, and letters, according to prescribed standards. The role involves conducting case reviews to determine current and future treatment planning based on client progress. Collaboration with external agents including school officials, family members, and other health agencies regarding organizational programs and client needs and conditions is essential. The position also requires attending and participating in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars, providing information relating to program administration and development. Additionally, the therapist writes correspondence on behalf of clients and their families, such as court reports and letters of recommendation, according to prescribed standards.
