As a Casual Therapeutic Youth Worker (Logan Area) with Lifestyle Solutions, you’ll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. Requirements

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services or willingness to enroll
• Full Australian Driver’s License
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights

Responsibilities

• Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
• Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
• Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
• Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
• Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
