Therapeutic Training & Support– 4-day work week!
About The Position
The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community. This role offers the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work week, great pay, and a supportive team. Bilingual opportunities are available. Additionally, during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day), the company closes at 12:30 PM every Friday for 'Summer Fun Fridays'.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
