About The Position

Therapeutic Support Specialist (TSS) Children’s Mental Health Services $21.46 per hour Mobile position providing services in the communities of the Burlington, Northshore, and Woburn. The Edinburg Center is seeking a Therapeutic Support Specialist within Children’s Mental Health Services providing services to youth under the age of 21 with mental health needs in the communities of Burlington, Northshore, and Woburn.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED, AND 3-years of relevant experience working with youth
A qualifying bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution AND 2-years of relevant experience working with youth
Qualifying bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution, AND 1-year of experience working with youth or families, AND oral and written fluency in a needed language
High school diploma or GED, AND 2-years of experience working with youth and families, AND oral and written fluency in a needed language.
Must be 21 years or older
Maintain a flexible schedule including afternoon and evening availability.
Hold a valid driver’s license
Have access to a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

Work as part of a dynamic fun specialty team consisting of a Master’s level Mental Health Clinician, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Young Adult Peer Mentor (YAPM).
Support clinical goals and/or behavior goals for treating the youth’s emotional or behavioral needs.
Engaging 1:1 skill building and coaching.
Case management and documentation.
