Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Therapeutic Manager at Pompano Youth Academy in Pompano Beach, FL. Requirements

• Must possess a MA/MS in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited school.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
• Prior Case Management experience required including three years experience with juveniles.
• Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administrating, developing and facilitating case plans and prescriptive treatment programs that meet the needs of each student and align with requests of the placing agency.
• Serving as the primary service provider for individual, group, family and case management services.
• Reporting directly to the Clinical Director.
• Assisting with the supervision of the group living staff.
