About The Position
Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Licensed Therapist at Palm Beach Youth Academy in Palm Beach, Florida. The academy provides a healing environment for at-risk males, offering evidence-based, mental health, and substance abuse services. The position focuses on supporting recovery and improving overall well-being, combining professional expertise with the natural beauty of the area to promote lasting mental health and healing.
Requirements
- MA, MS or MSW degree.
- Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- Prior Case Management experience required.
- Three years’ experience with juveniles.
- Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred).
Nice To Haves
- CAC II or CAC III preferred for substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services.
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency.
- Providing individual, group, family, and case management services.
- Ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals.
- Supervising group living staff, ensuring proper support for students.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Contributing to the program's ongoing development.
