About The Position

The Therapeutic Day Treatment Provider (TDT) provides therapeutic services to youth with behavioral and emotional difficulties in their educational and home settings. This role involves working directly with youth and their families to identify needs, develop treatment objectives, and provide strategies and support. The provider will work independently with clients while also being a member of a larger treatment team to ensure progress and continuing needs are addressed.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or other human services field is required.
• Registration as a QMHP or QMHP-T as set forth by the Virginia Board of Counseling is required.
