The Richardson School is seeking a Therapeutic Counselor to provide a comprehensive, school-based counseling program that is preventative in design, developmental in implementation, and aligned with the school’s Equitable Multi-Level System of Supports (EMLSS). This role supports students in academic achievement, transition planning, and personal and social development while promoting trauma-responsive practices and proactive behavior prevention. This position functions as a core member of an interdisciplinary therapeutic team and serves as a subject matter expert to educators, families, and community partners.
