About The Position

RFS Behavioral Health is expanding its school-based behavioral health services through a new partnership with Tri-Rivers Career Center in Marion, Ohio. This role involves supporting students by helping them navigate behavioral, emotional, social, and everyday life challenges that impact their success in school and beyond. The provider will act as a consistent source of support, building relationships with students, reinforcing coping and problem-solving skills, supporting treatment goals, and collaborating with families, school staff, therapists, and other members of the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based Therapeutic Behavioral Services and psychosocial support
• Build meaningful, professional relationships with students
• Help students strengthen coping, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills
• Support individualized treatment and behavioral health goals
• Assist students with identifying barriers and developing strategies for success
• Collaborate with therapists, families, school personnel, and other members of the treatment team
• Connect students and families with appropriate resources when needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid requirements
• Participate in team meetings, case consultation, training, and professional development
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries while working within the school environment
