About The Position

Our Food and Beverage Department at The Pantry boasts a remarkable group of team members dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service. Their duties include warmly welcoming guests, efficiently processing orders, and handling payments. What you will do as a Counter Server/ Cashier: Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling Beverage and pastry items to either guests or employees. Continually operate cash register or cash bank and accept payment for F&B product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change. Be responsive to guest’s questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation. Continually up-sells F&B products offered. Always ensure that assigned area is kept orderly and continually clean and sanitize counter in designated areas, as well as assisting in the dining area as needed.

Requirements

The ability to count money and make correct change.
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to complete multiple tasks at once.
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds.
