About The Position
The Only Facial needs several “other people first” Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service? Do you want a role where you can guide your customers through an experience that will improve their appearance and self-esteem? Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician (required)
- People who connect immediately with others
- Passion for skincare and continued learning
- Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!
Responsibilities
- Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
- Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
