About The Position
The Market at Pineland Farms is seeking a part-time grocery associate for a year-round position. This position includes stocking shelves, working with local vendors, and assisting customers. Team members will also learn the point-of-sale system and occasionally help at checkout. We are looking for someone available 2–3 days per week for 12–18 hours weekly, including Saturdays.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn the point-of-sale system.
- Ability to complete required workplace training.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems in standardized situations.

- Forklift certification; training will be provided if needed.
Responsibilities
