About The Position
Penta Research Inc. is searching for a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) weapon system subject matter expert to support the Army’s Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM), with duty in Ft. Sill Oklahoma. In this position the candidate will serve as the THAAD System Integrator that helps represent Warfighter interests during all phases of the weapon system life-cycle.
Requirements
- Formally trained on the THAAD system and awarded an Additional Skill Identifier
- >10 years of Army Air Defense Artillery experience with THAAD-specific experience preferred
- MS Office suite and relevant software used to develop informational products
- DoD SECRET clearance required
Responsibilities
- Support the Army Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager in the execution of their duties
- Support programmatic reviews
- Review test plans for operational relevance
- Review system sustainment plans
- Keep leadership informed of emerging THAAD operational needs and requirements
- Other duties as assigned
