About The Position

The TGCM (Total Gas and Chemical Management) Site Services Manager works at a customer's semiconductor facility and is responsible for staffing the site to levels based on the terms of the contract. This role directs the daily activities of the Matheson TGCM Site Service Technicians on site and serves as the primary interface with the customer on site.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience (7 years minimum) is required.
Ability to work shift work to support worker shortages.
Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills.
Train and mentor new and lesser experienced TGCM Site Service Technicians.
Safely handle chemical and gas containers in accordance with work instructions.
Perform all work in a safe manner, following all workplace safety protocols and requirements.
Complete all safety training in accordance with the schedule.
Input data from work into TGCM - CMMS to flesh out monthly data for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

Establish and enforce safety protocols for Matheson TGCM Site Service Technicians.
Develop local work procedures with a focus on safety and quality.
Manage inventory to minimize the possibility of material run-out.
Complete monthly reports for customer and Matheson management.
Serve as the primary interface with the customer on all operational activities.
Ensure Matheson policies and procedures comply with contract terms.
Lead and demonstrate in-process development with TGCM Site Service Technicians.
Operate chemical and gas distribution systems, including HPM and inert cylinder changes, and chemical container changes.
Attend meetings with customers as requested.
Manage monthly billing.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, focusing on safety, cost savings, and efficiencies.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of chemical and gas distribution systems.
Provide basic and advanced training to TGCM Technician I, II, and III employees.
Perform rounds and readings as required.
Manage inventory of chemicals and gases.
Perform Fab deliveries.
Respond to alarms on equipment operated and maintained by Matheson.
Perform preventive maintenance and repair on gas and chemical systems.
Operate and maintain purification systems.
Unload trucks using PIT and manual equipment.
Write Safe Work Permits for contractors.
Serve as an Emergency Response Team member.
Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in audits.
Conduct incident investigations.
Complete training to adhere to customer requirements.
Maintain housekeeping in Matheson areas.
Work with the customer Purchasing Department on managing suppliers.
Input data from work into TGCM - CMMS for monthly reporting.
Perform other administrative and management duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
