About The Position

As a TFE Analytical Inspector Level 2 FAA Swing Shift Mon-Fri here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analytical inspections and testing to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Your role will support manufacturing processes by identifying defects and ensuring that all products meet the required specifications before release. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact product quality assurance and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and reliability in our manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical inspection or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and defect identification.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and analytical equipment to perform accurate testing and measurements.
  • Experience with quality documentation and reporting systems to maintain compliance and traceability.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure product conformity.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed analytical inspections and testing of products to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or defects to the quality team.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration standards are met.
  • Follow safety protocols and quality procedures consistently during all inspection activities.
