TF33 EDSI CIP Support Engineer (Onsite)
About The Position
TF33 Engine Design & System Integration (EDSI) has an opening for a motivated, self-starting, Principal Engineer, Systems Engineering with a flexible location. The TF33 EDSI CIP Support Engineer will be focused on leading CIP (Component Improvement Program) tasks owned by EDSI and/or supporting other engineering organizations with their tasks. They will report directly to the TF33 Chief Systems Engineer located in East Hartford, Connecticut. The candidate will work with teams located in Connecticut, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, and Florida as part of a cross-functional team working tasks with our USG customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with a minimum of 8+ years of experience working in the aerospace industry, or an advanced degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

- TF33 and/or CIP experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Support CIP tasks owned by other engineering organizations as a project SME (subject matter expert)
- Lead some EDSI owned tasks, including CAM responsibilities
- Support and contribute to monthly SIPTs, as well as SIPTs/EDSITs specific to CIP tasks
- Development and creation of standard work for various processes/procedures as required
- Contribute to various CIP conferences with our customer including PMRs (Program Management Reviews), Roadmap, Crystal Ball, and Technical Reviews
