About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking motivated, team-building individuals to fill Full-Time Textiles Processor Positions at their Clio store. This role involves receiving, processing, sorting, and displaying product, achieving production standards, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers a starting pay of $15.00 per hour with monthly bonus potential and a 20% discount on in-store purchases. Goodwill's mission is to assist individuals with barriers to employment in transitioning to independence and self-sufficiency, and their profits fund programs to help people find work. They also have a strong commitment to recycling, having kept over 8.7 million pounds of material out of landfills in 2022.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend or stoop
• Ability to stand six to eight hours a day
• Reliable means of transportation to report to work on time
• Ability to distinguish colors
• Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Pleasant, cheerful and professional demeanor
