About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Full-Time & Part-Time Textile and Wares Processor Positions at our Birch Run Premium Outlet Store located at 12155 S. Beyer Road in Birch Run. This role offers $15.00 an hour plus a 20% discount on in-store purchases. The company's mission is to assist individuals with barriers to employment in making the transition to independence and self-sufficiency, and profits fund programs that help people find work. They also emphasize recycling, having kept over 7.7 million lbs of items from landfills in 2025.

Requirements

• Can lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help
• Can reach, bend or stoop
• Able to stand six to eight hours a day
• Have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time
• Can problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Pleasant, cheerful and professional

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, sort and display donated items as directed
• Achieve production standards
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile!
