About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking a motivated, team-building individual to fill Part-Time Textile Processor Positions at their Caro Store. This role involves receiving, processing, and pricing textiles according to policy and standards, achieving a production rate of 85-100 pieces per hour, and providing excellent customer service. The company's mission is to assist individuals with barriers to employment in transitioning to independence and self-sufficiency, and profits fund programs to help people find work. They also emphasize environmental responsibility through recycling.

Requirements

• Can lift and carry 35 pounds
• Can reach, bend or stoop
• Able to stand six to eight hours a day
• Have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time
• Can problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Pleasant, cheerful and professional

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and price as directed and according to policy, procedure and job standards
• Achieve production standard of 85-100 pieces per hour
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile!
