About The Position

This is a Temp-to-Full-Time Senior Textile Machine Operator position on the 3rd shift. The role involves setting up, operating, and performing routine maintenance on production equipment. The operator will independently troubleshoot and resolve process and quality issues, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Collaboration with engineering, QA, and production teams is expected to improve efficiency and resolve operational challenges. The position also includes following and enhancing standard operating procedures (SOPs), supporting continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring and training junior operators, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

Experience operating production equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve process and quality issues.
Knowledge of company safety standards.
