Testing Specialist
About The Position
Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Testing Specialist to work for our company. The client agency is Defense Logistics Agency. This role provides software testing experience (integration and acceptance). The specialist will design and execute IT software tests and evaluate results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include preparing test scripts and all required test documentation, designing and preparing all needed test data, analyzing internal security within systems, and reviewing test results to evaluate for conformance to design.
Requirements
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Five (5) years relevant experience.
- Five (5+) years of experience in test automation, including developing test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience working with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) or Oracle Testing Manager.
- Experience in computer software development and testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance, and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Robot Framework.
- Previous experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
