About The Position
We are looking for a full-time Testing Proctor and Onboarding Agent to join our energetic team in Sandy, Utah. Responsibilities
- Proctor exams and maintain a secure and professional testing environment
- Guide testing candidates through onboarding and test day procedures
- Answer phone calls from test takers and assist with questions or issues
- Provide empathetic, solutions-focused customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the candidate experience
