Responsibilities

  • Proctor exams and maintain a secure and professional testing environment
  • Guide testing candidates through onboarding and test day procedures
  • Answer phone calls from test takers and assist with questions or issues
  • Provide empathetic, solutions-focused customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the candidate experience
