About The Position

This role serves as the holistic end-to-end testing quarterback for a large-scale digital transformation, coordinating testing strategy across multiple technology teams and systems to ensure full business-process coverage ahead of a major go-live.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end testing across complex, multi-system environments that include legacy systems, not limited to testing within a single ERP platform.
  • Strong working knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay business processes, with the ability to guide teams in defining cross-system test scenarios.
  • Senior-level background in a testing leadership role such as Director of Testing, Director of QA, or Testing Manager.
  • Familiarity with large-scale transformation programs where multiple technology workstreams are running simultaneously toward a single go-live.
  • Proven ability to influence and align multiple teams without direct reporting authority, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Manhattan WMS or OMS testing in a large-scale implementation environment.
  • Background in the distribution industry, such as wholesale or food distribution.
  • ERP implementation testing experience across platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP, combined with multi-system integration testing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing strategy across new, legacy, and emerging systems, ensuring holistic coverage across all workstreams rather than validating each system in isolation.
  • Facilitate the development of cross-system test cases and real-life business scenarios, such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, spanning all connected platforms.
  • Identify and close gaps at handoffs between teams where individual system testing passes but cross-system integration has not been validated.
  • Align multiple independent technology teams, including warehouse, order management, integration, and development, around a unified testing approach.
  • Challenge teams on the thoroughness of their test coverage and push back when scenarios are insufficient or incomplete.
  • Coordinate overall testing readiness and progress leading up to the go-live milestone, escalating risks and blockers as needed.
  • Influence stakeholders and technical teams across the organization without holding direct reports, relying on communication and credibility to drive alignment.
