About The Position

This position participates in managing, assessing, coordinating and reporting on various department projects of a highly confidential and often complex nature while using independent judgment, analytical ability and self-direction. Responsible for providing decision making, leadership and planning for operational improvement projects. Works with the Financial Management to coordinate projects as assigned. This position stays informed on all projects to ensure the organization is prepared to address and resolve issues and requests as necessary. Works independently and researches technical issues with little or no assistance. This position reviews and prepares draft legal agreements and other project-related documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two or more years of project management experience in a finance-related environment.
  • Facilitation skills to successfully organize and motivate an inter-disciplinary team to accomplish project goals in a tight timeframe.
  • Ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects; deadlines; and processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to gain knowledge of system departments and affiliate organizations.
  • Ability to maintain confidential communication and use judgment and discretion.
  • Two or more years of experience supporting high-level management in various capacities.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment within established guidelines, and demonstrate maturity as a visible representative of the organization.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, and self-motivate.

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal experience preferred.
