Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in regulatory compliance, testing administration, or educational assessment required.
  • Direct experience in a testing center, compliance office, or regulatory environment required.
  • Familiarity with accreditation or government compliance standards in education or technical training.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with testing platforms and office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer regulatory and compliance testing, including standardized evaluations and simulation-based assessments.
  • Maintain secure and efficient testing environments, including proctoring and equipment readiness.
  • Uphold testing integrity by safeguarding content, monitoring sessions, and enforcing protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with students and staff about testing procedures, schedules, and results.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Assist in resolving testing irregularities or appeals in partnership with internal stakeholders.
