About The Position
The Substance Abuse Coordinator is responsible for all substance testing policies, procedures, and quality assurance of the substance testing within the Occupational Health service line. This role ensures strict adherence to protocols and legal standards to maintain the integrity of the sample and the chain of custody. The coordinator role serves as a substance abuse testing subject matter expert.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare setting
- Minimum 6 months’ experience with Computers, Microsoft Office, and Email
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

- Signs and Symptoms training experience
- DOT Drug and Alcohol Collector Certification
- Experience working in substance testing service industry
- Customer Service experience
