About The Position
Riverview Academy of Math & Science is seeking a Testing Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of school and state testing protocols. This role involves collecting and analyzing school performance data, supporting MTSS and ELL initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all testing regulations. The Testing Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating testing schedules, materials, and training for school staff.

- Teaching Certificate Required
- 3 + years related experience required.
Responsibilities
- Collects, analyzes, and presents school performance data to school stakeholders.
- Supports MTSS Implementation.
- Supports in preparing items for CST Meetings.
- Communicates with MTSS Coordinator.
- Models MTSS policies and procedures in a classroom setting.
- Maintains school data tracker.
- Supports with ELL Management including paperwork and compliance preparation.
- Assists with Retention/Portfolios.
- Facilitates/Supports PLCs when referencing MTSS or ELL Students.
- Serves as a Member of PSLT.
- Ensures that all school and state testing protocols are followed school-wide, providing all necessary training.
- Coordinates State and District-mandated testing with related school staff.
- Facilitates the administration of testing, including acquisition of testing materials.
- Receives, inspects, counts, numbers, and distributes testing materials; packages tests and manuals and prepares directives for staff for each test administration and distributes to appropriate administrators according to established schedules.
- Schedules and prepares all Cambridge and Advanced Placement testing (if applicable).
- Reviews assessments and schedules all retakes for high school students.
- Reviews high school students’ schedules for accuracy of placement.
- Inspects testing materials and maintains the security of testing materials, related data, and confidential student information.
- Attends CSA and district training to stay current with compliance and State regulation issues for State-mandated testing.
- Consults with staff regarding compliance with State regulations.
- Performs other tasks and assumes other responsibilities as the Director/Principal may assign.
