The Testing Coordinator's role is to ensure that teachers and leaders can confidently make data-driven decisions, supporting IDEA Public Schools' mission of preparing 100% of scholars for college. This involves ensuring all students take appropriate tests in a standardized testing environment and that students receive eligible tests with approved accommodations. Successful execution of this role allows the leadership team to focus on students' social-emotional support and family engagement.
