About The Position

The Tester Technician will be responsible for supporting the production line, coordinating testing processes, and performing maintenance on engineering test equipment. This role involves active participation in product testing, repair, and fault analysis, as well as manual and electronic data recording. The technician will also provide support to the Engineering Department by reporting issues, managing spare parts, and ensuring the safe use of tools and components.

Requirements

Minimum of High school education.
Entry level position with interest in IT related field.
Proficiency in technical English.
User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft operating systems (including Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows Server 2016).
Knowledge of computer networks.
Strong technical orientation.
Analytical thinking.
Detailed oriented.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of Linux, Vlan, Switch, and Virtual Network is preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspection and maintenance of engineering test equipment, tools, and server room assets.
Coordination of testing processes, including setting up new stations, prioritizing tasks, and product testing.
Repair and fault analysis of failed test products.
Manual and electronic data recording.
Production support and collaboration with test engineers.
Supporting the production line.
Providing relevant information to the Engineering Department, reporting issues to the direct supervisor and Engineering.
Performing additional installation tasks.
Monitoring of server operations.
Timely notification to Engineering about the depletion of spare parts.
Responsible for the safe and undamaged use of tools and high-value components, and for ensuring their availability.
