About The Position

Tester Operator : Operates, tests, and monitors assigned equipment to ensure the quality and functionality of products. Perform various tests, analyze results, and identify any defects or issues Observes and conducts operation of equipment and documents maintenance needs. Troubleshoots control panels, error lights, and messages to ensure proper equipment function. Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals. Verifies equipment data for reporting. Ability to interpret, follow and execute testing procedures accurately. May communicate with equipment technicians relating to more-complex issues. Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels. Data entry to CTDI systems via PC and RF handheld devices. Maintain and clean, organized workstation. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations. All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports. 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • Hands-on capability to troubleshoot technical problems as necessary.
  • Ability to gather, document, and input data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer ability.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Work Authorization United States (Required)
  • Must be 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Time-management skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
