About The Position

Performs the set-up, testing, calibration for completed electronic equipment. May perform trouble shooting and repairs on returned product. Performs testing of electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment. May perform mechanical assembly of electromechanical subassemblies. Records required information on all tests and repairs. Operates required equipment and test fixtures. Attend meetings and training as assigned. Ensures adherence to workmanship and quality control standards. Assists in material handling and inventory control as needed. Maintains and cleans the work environment.

Requirements

  • Understand the basics of analog and digital circuits, as well as AC and DC voltage.
  • Ability to operate a digital multimeter and oscilloscope.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.
  • Good knowledge of MS office suite.
  • Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronics Technology (A.A.S)
  • 2-year experience.
