About The Position

As a Test Technician, you’ll help keep aerospace components performing at their peak by running hands-on tests that prove quality and reliability before product ships. You’ll set up and operate test equipment, follow detailed procedures, capture accurate results, and flag anything that looks out of spec so issues get solved fast. You’ll document findings clearly, support troubleshooting with the team, and keep your work area organized and safety-focused.

Requirements

• Comfort working onsite in a production/test environment
• Ability to follow written instructions, specs, and basic schematics
• Strong attention to detail for measurements, records, and repeatable results
• Basic mechanical aptitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience with test tools or electronics is a plus
