Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and test procedures accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of related manufacturing, testing, or technical experience
• Basic electronics knowledge or troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with ISO quality processes and standards
• Experience with test equipment or instrumentation
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
• Precision work experience (manufacturing, assembly, quality control)
• Experience working in regulated or quality-focused environments

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing on production assemblies using detailed test procedures developed by our Engineering team and customers
• Execute calibration procedures on EIT proprietary products with precision and accuracy
• Conduct basic troubleshooting on assemblies that don't pass testing, working collaboratively with the engineering team to identify and resolve issues
• Document test results and maintain accurate records following ISO quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements
