About The Position

Our technology-focused manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on Test Technician to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical equipment. Requirements

Technical degree or coursework in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently after training
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work overtime or travel occasionally if required

Nice To Haves

Experience using basic electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies preferred

Responsibilities

Perform testing of electronic and mechanical systems according to established procedures
Assemble components and equipment as required
Complete and maintain accurate test reports and production documentation
Assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues during production and post-production
Communicate technical concerns or deviations to engineering and supervisory staff
Support engineering with training and technical guidance for new team members when needed
Follow all quality control standards and manufacturing procedures
Adhere to company safety policies and operational guidelines
Ensure proper handling and care of equipment, tools, and materials
Assist with moving completed products to shipping or staging areas
Support multiple projects and tasks as assigned
Participate in cross-training to expand technical skills
