Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in test technician or related technical roles
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven ability to work from engineering drawings and technical documents
• Hands-on experience with aviation hydraulics, mechanical assemblies, and large industrial hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in fabricating hydraulic pipes and hoses
• Familiarity with power trains and rotor systems
• Skilled in using precision measurement equipment
• Expertise in safe operation of stationary and handheld power tools

Nice To Haves

• Advanced training or certifications in hydraulic systems or mechanical assembly
• Experience in aerospace or defense industry environments
• Exposure to high-stakes, safety-critical projects

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and maintain hydraulic and mechanical assemblies using technical drawings and schematics
• Operate non-automated equipment such as drill presses, band saws, chop saws, and hydraulic presses
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble, repair, and modify machinery
• Perform precision measurements and ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret engineering documents, hydraulic schematics, and formal instructions
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, particularly when working around hazardous conditions
• Collaborate effectively within a team and perform tasks independently with minimal supervision
