About The Position

Work as part of a large test and engineering systems organization which handles test automation infrastructure, test strategy, test plan development and execution & report management in Power and thermal test areas of Modem, Multimedia, AI and other technologies. Role will include daily collaboration with other test engineers in power ecosystem as well as product engineers. Use power measurement equipment to collect measurements for system use cases on test platform. Manual and Automated execution of test cases for Power/Thermal Dashboards on all Qualcomm chipset for various HLOS and non-HLOS Subsystems (Android, Windows etc.). Provide test results and characterization/optimization data to cross functional teams.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

4+ years Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
Experience in any operating systems platform testing (Google Android, Windows phone etc)
Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
High level organization and results documentation
Passion for learning and intellectual curiosity
Communication and ability to partner with others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
Thermal/Power test experience on any platform is a plus
Experience in multi-media technologies (Audio, Video, Camera & etc.) is a plus
Knowledge/experience of embedded systems is a plus
Knowledge of SW product cycle is a plus
Development skills in Python, C/C++ is a plus
